Punset Neh! Langhe DOC White

Very rich and fruity, already on the nose it presents intense floral notes that move into fruity nuances of banana, pear and apple. The aromatic sensation flows seamlessly into the palate, where pleasant notes of fruit, honey and a light acidic and saline touch dominate. The structure is impressive and the colour is straw yellow.

The wine takes shape during the winemaking process, which is carried out exclusively with native yeasts. The grapes are harvested by hand; 30 to 40 percent of the total is fermented as a red wine, on the skins, and slowly added to the rest. The resulting wine undergoes bâtonnage on the fine lees for 6 to 7 months.
