Tasting notes
Tasting notes
Very rich and fruity, already in the smell experience it presents intense floral notes that turn into fruity nuances of banana, pear and apple. The aromatic sensation fits seamlessly with the taste, in which the pleasant notes of fruit, honey and a light sour and salty note dominate. The structure is impressive and the color is straw yellow.
Vinification
Vinification
The mass is formed during the winemaking process, which is carried out exclusively with indigenous yeasts. The grapes, harvested by hand, are fermented into red wine for 30 to 40 percent of the total quantity and slowly added to the rest. The resulting wine undergoes bâtonnage on the noble lees for 6 to 7 months.
