About the Winery
My name is Serena Anselma and I am the owner of a small winery in Novello, in the Barolo region: COGLI L'ATTIMO WINERY . It is a young company, but with solid roots, rooted in respect for tradition and our beautiful hills. We tend our vineyards with the utmost natural care, to create authentic, but at the same time complex wines that reflect the history of our winemaking. We believe in the purity of wine as a product of nature and farmer's wisdom.
I am fortunate to work with Sergio Molino, a renowned oenologist who, like us, believes that a good wine depends first and foremost on the quality of the grapes.
We do not buy grapes; our wines are produced and bottled entirely in our own cellar. We are small, with about 15,000 bottles, but of absolute top quality.
We produce Barolo cru Cerviano Merli , Nebbiolo d'Alba , Barbera d'Alba , Dolcetto d'Alba and Nascetta from the municipality of Novello, our great white wine, in addition to an orange wine.
