About the Winery
My name is Serena Anselma and I own a small winery in Novello, in the Barolo area: COGLI L'ATTIMO WINERY. It is a young business, but with solid roots, grounded in respect for tradition and for our beautiful hills. We tend our vineyards with the greatest possible natural care, to create authentic yet complex wines that reflect the history of our winegrowing. We believe in the purity of wine as a product of nature and of farming wisdom.
I am fortunate to work with Sergio Molino, a renowned oenologist who, like us, believes that a good wine depends first and foremost on the quality of the grapes.
We do not buy in any grapes; our wines are produced and bottled entirely in our own cellar. We are small, with around 15,000 bottles, but of absolutely top quality.
We produce Barolo cru Cerviano Merli, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba and Nascetta from the municipality of Novello, our wonderful white wine, as well as an orange wine.
