My philosophy is to produce excellent wines in complete harmony with nature. Organic farming should not put us in a corner as "special" producers, but rather be an additional guarantee of quality and consumer protection.

I want to compete with the world of conventional wine and prove that you can grow big with respect for nature, the environment and yourself.
It is a personal choice, sometimes difficult and discouraging, but in those moments a walk through the vineyards and the view of the surrounding hills gives me confidence in a better future.

Looking ahead, I want to share my experience of personal fulfillment with new generations and invite them to get involved, do good work and do it in the most natural way.

Marina Marcarino
This is the philosophy of Marina Marcarino, who was destined for the vineyards from a young age. Exuberant, curious and hyperactive, she developed a strong bond with the farm life thanks to her paternal grandmother. Her grandmother brought her to the countryside and introduced her to a culture linked to the natural rhythms and methods of agriculture.

Her deep connection with the land was further strengthened in 1982. Marina was inspired by organic farming, which she saw as a new and authentic way to fully connect with her vineyards. She built a relationship of “mutual respect” by taking absolute naturalness as her starting point.

The first steps were hard: her first harvest was completely lost. But with determination, Marina continued to follow her choices and refined her techniques, year after year. Today, after almost 30 years of experience, Cantina Punset is a leading company in Italy in organic vineyard management and excellent results.
