Shipping

We ship our wines within the Netherlands. Every order is packed carefully and break-proof, so your bottles arrive safely.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: €7.95 per order
• Free shipping on orders from €75

Delivery

We process your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking code, so you can see exactly when it will be delivered.

Age verification

Under the Dutch Alcohol Act we only sell and deliver to persons aged 18 and over. The courier may ask for valid ID on delivery. If age cannot be verified, the parcel will not be handed over.

Transport damage

Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. Is anything damaged? Contact us within 48 hours via info@ilsorrisodivino.com or +31 6 14977342, preferably with a photo. We will solve it at no cost to you.
