Tasting notes
Tasting notes
A natural explosion of fruit, white flowers and mineral notes.
Fermented in amphora, the Arneis stays true to the character of its grape, yet surprises with its softness and fine ageing potential, resulting in a spectacular wine with remarkable development.
Vinification
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C, using the natural yeasts native to the grapes. This ensures a pure expression of the terroir and an authentic character in the glass.
The wine matures in ceramic amphorae, an ancient technique that gives the wine its softness, freshness and finesse without any influence from wood.
Thanks to this process, the wine can easily be cellared for up to 10 years, continuing to develop in the bottle and gaining even more complexity and depth.
Serving temperature: For the best experience, it is recommended to serve this wine between 10 and 12°C.
