Marchisio Family Faiv Brut Rosé 2014

Faiv Brut Rosé 2014 is a sparkling wine that reflects the essence of the Nebbiolo grape. With its delicate perlage and lively freshness, it offers a refreshing experience. The wine has an elegant structure with a fine mousse and notes of red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry, complemented by floral accents, with a lovely balance between fruitiness and freshness.

Artisanal refinement according to the traditional method
For this sparkling wine the grapes are gently pressed (pressatura soffice) to obtain only the purest juice. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C, using natural yeasts native to the grapes. This produces a clean base wine with an authentic character.

Ageing in the bottle, with time as an ingredient
After the first fermentation, a second fermentation follows in the bottle according to the méthode traditionnelle (metodo classico). This slow maturation lasts no less than 8 to 10 years, allowing the wine to develop into a complex, elegant and refined sparkling wine with beautiful depth.

Serving temperature

For an optimal tasting experience, it is recommended to serve between 8 and 10°C.
