Tasting notes

The fairly intense ruby red colour predicts an olfactory experience of intense fruity notes that repeat in the taste, where the pleasant notes of summer fruits such as cherry, plum and morello cherry dominate. The good structure and medium body are presented with a broad and persistent aftertaste, slightly tannic and dry.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in perforated crates to ensure quality until processing. The grapes are destemmed, after which the resulting must ferments spontaneously. Frequent pumping over extracts the colour, while limiting the extraction of more aggressive tannins. After racking, malolactic fermentation and mass composition follow: blending the wines in different percentages to keep the characteristics of this product constant. After bottling, and a short rest period, the wine is marketed.
