Punset Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 2022

The ruby red colour with garnet accents is accompanied by pleasant aromas of red berry fruit and floral scents of rose and violet, intense and harmonious. The fruity aroma is also clearly present on the palate, which is marked by a dry, clean finish.

The grapes, grown using organic farming methods, are carefully selected and harvested by hand into perforated crates. The grapes are then crushed and destemmed. As with all the estate's red wines, fermentation takes place spontaneously in concrete tanks, thanks to native yeasts. Fruity aromas characterise this wine, which in some vintages matures briefly in large barrels but is usually kept in concrete until bottling. Langhe DOC Nebbiolo is produced using organic farming methods and is certified by Ecogruppo Italia. Vinification follows natural techniques, using native yeasts only.
