Cogli L'Attimo Tunen Dolcetto D'Alba 2022

Intense ruby ​​red with brilliant violet reflections. The aroma is characteristic, with intense fruity notes such as maraschino cherries and berries, complemented by pronounced violets. A fleshy and vinous character; the typical companion of the Piedmontese table. A fresh and fruity taste with a savoury touch and a structured, intense soul. An energetic and flavoursome wine with a dry, harmonious, long and persistent finish. The interesting light tannin in the finish makes this Dolcetto d'Alba a very gastronomic wine.

The crushing and destemming of the grapes is followed by maceration of the must on the skins for 20 to 25 days, depending on the vintage. Pumping over and immersion are done manually. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for about 15 months in steel tanks, followed by further maturation in the bottle.
