Barbera D'Asti 2019 DOCG Superiore

Thick, rich and yet so elegant. Inky black colour, concentrated with an abundance of fruit, fine tannins and acidity. Full of complexity, with notes of violets, plum, currant, cloves and spices. Full bodied. Will improve further with cellar ageing.

Red vinification with natural yeast. Daily immersion of the skins and one delestage per week. When fermentation is almost complete, the tank is refilled and maceration continues until mid-December. This ancient winemaking technique allows a good stabilization of the color and an enhancement of the aromas and body of the wine.
